Dunwall is the capital city of Gristol. It is a large industrial whaling-city with vast ports. It is divided by the great river, the Wrenhaven, and divided even more into various districts, including Estate District of the rich and the Flooded District where the authorities leave those infected with the horrific Rat Plague. The city features a strong divide between its wealthy and poor, but now welcomes in all manner of people due to being the first stop on the Eastern Continent.

Trost District used to be a town that found itself on Wall Rose, the closest town to the breach in Wall Maria and thus under the constant attack of the terrifying beings known as Titans. Now, it finds itself in the Goddess' world, still walled off but not attached to one, and the town now has a respite from the Titan attacks. At least for now.

The sleepy town of Silent Hill was located in New England, USA before it was uprooted and displaced in the Goddess' world. While it has the outward appearance of any regular town, appearances can be deceiving. If there is an issue it feels you must resolve, you cannot leave it until that is done. This version of Silent Hill switches at random between it's Real World, Fog World and Otherworld, making it an unstable place to be, though the actual residents appear fine.

There is an odd place called the Saturn Valley, home to the strange race known as Mr. Saturns. They are a peaceful race and prefer the people who come into their town to be peaceful as well, though they welcome them with open arms (metaphorically speaking, of course). This is the Saturn Valley visited by Ness rather than by Lucas.

The Infinity Fortress is a mass collection of otherwise abandoned and condemned buildings that are clustered together, making them their own habitat, now home to many people. It's divided into three tiers. Lower Town is the most populated - home to people with nowhere else to go. The Beltline above it has a phenomenon called Logic Walls, which separates dimensions, though they are impossible to find and the area itself is unstable. The final is the inaccessible Babylon City at the top of the Fortress.

Straight from the American Wild West is Thieves' Landing. It is a settlement from the New Austin area that has always been the home of various thieves, gang members and other assortments of criminals. The crime rate is so high that no one bothers with bounties within its borders. The area the town is on is very wet and marsh-like, resembling a bayou. As such, the weather here is often poor, and one will normally find it raining.

|kijuju autonomous zone
The Kijuju Autonomous Zone is a self-governing region, formerly in Western Africa. Made up of savannah and wetlands, it's economy survives on its mining industry. The city of Kijuju is its center. The city is walled off, mostly to keep those infected by the t-virus out, and a river runs through it, dividing its wealthy from its poor.

Once controlled by the Militia, a group of anti super-powered enthusiasts, New Marais was situated in the Southern States. Boasting a sub-tropical climate, it is a diverse city though several parts may seem slum-like or junk filled. It sometimes experiences extreme weather conditions.
