Vivi narrowed his bright eyes in confusion at the word drive. He'd never heard it before. He had surmised that they were going to be doing something that wasn't common, or perhaps wasn't even possible on his world, and while he was a tad nervous, it seemed from how they regarded it that a drive was something enjoyable.

Kirby gave the young mage a nudge in the right direction, making him glance at the stairs to the side of the stands they were seated in. The boy waddled over and up the stairs, looking around the entryway before heading for the door, since he'd gathered their destination wasn't at the arena.

Upon exiting, Vivi's curiosity got the better of him. He looked up at Bad Girl with innocence shining in his yellow eyes, "Miss? What's a 'Drive'?"

Bad Girl

Bad Girl walked with a bit of a skip in her step. It was how she normally moved, even when carrying something like all the left over food she had. She dodged around people in the arena's main floor with great ease. She wasn't the most graceful of people but avoiding all the warriors who were going through was easy. Besides, they should be moving out of her way too. If they didn't, she would knock them over.

Bad Girl stepped outside of the arena. Ugh, that bright ass sun was burning really brightly but whatever. She had sunglasses in her glove compartment.

"A drive?" she asked, scrunching her face up. He didn't know what that meant? Did he not have cars? That was a thing in some of the worlds, she had learned. It sucked to be those people. How did one not living with running people over? "We're just gonna travel around for enjoyment. Like... on a wagon but fancier." He probably had wagons, right? Everyone must have at least have wagons. It probably didn't sound interesting, but it was. He could stick his head out the window like a dog; sometimes she did that and she liked it.

She made her way to the truck - the large hole in the roof of it had been fixed at last - and opened the back door. She shoved all the food inside before saying, "Get in, kiddies." Then, she climbed into the driver's seat. It also had a key now. She used to hotwire it all the time considering she had originally stolen it months ago, but that was all fixed too.

And here was the truck. Kirby hopped off Vivi's shoulder and ran over, jumping up and latching onto the passenger side door. It took some effort, but he managed to get the door to swing open. Instead of jumping in right away, he waved to Vivi to get in before he went to open one of the backseat doors. Usually, he was the one to sit shotgun. But Vivi didn't know what a drive was, so Kirby wanted to make sure he had a good experience with his first one!

Also, if he was in the backseat, he was closer to the food.

Kirby carefully shut his door and happily sat in his new seat, then fiddled with his seat belt. It was made for people a lot larger than him, but he knew how to adjust it so he wouldn't go flying into the windshield every time Bad Girl slammed on the brakes.

From what Bad Girl said, coupled with what he could observe, it looked like an airship made to travel the land. Landship would have made more sense as a name to him, but clearly Cars weren't from his world. Their odd naming conventions didn't really matter in the long run

Kirby opened the door to the passenger's side for him before heading to the backseat where the food was. That was completely unsurprising to him. Compared to airships, cars didn't frighten him so bad. Not so far off the ground, and fewer bad memories associated with them.

Hopping into the truck's front seat as he was bid, Vivi tugged the door back shut. The little boy looked at the buckle curiously, not entirely sure what to do with it. The child had to look at how it looked on his two companions before he figures out where it went and how to attach it.

The straps however, clearly were'nt made with four foot black mages in mind, as the one for the chest went right across his face. Oh well. He could deal with it. Nothing beat getting eaten by a Zu as far as uncomfortable was concerned.

Bad Girl waited as the other two got into the truck. She checked all her mirrors and did up her seat belt - safety was always motherfuckin' first! - as she waited. She could see Kirby was in easy reach of the food, which was good. It would keep him entertained until they got somewhere else important. She was going to have to come to Dunwall eventually because she needed to get her truck on a boat and brought back to the other continent. She was from Santa Destroy, after all, and she lived in the Stadium's basement. She wasn't going to let that baseball team thing she moved out. Not that they would ever actually think that. They were getting on pretty good, ever since she came back from the dead and all.

"All we all ready, kiddies?" Bad Girl asked as she started the engine. It roared to life with a noise that sounded like music to Bad Girl's ears. It sounded so nice and smooth in a way that only the best maintained vehicles could be. She might have gotten it by hot wiring it and bashing a hole through the ceiling, but she took great care of it.

She made sure no one was behind her. Not that she cared, but she wanted to drive and not deal with whatever medieval police mess these people had. "Let's bounce," she announced before her truck revved quickly out of its parking space.

Everyone was in the truck and buckled in, the doors were shut and the engine had roared to life. They were all set now! Kirby smiled as the familiar scene unfolded. They had cars back in his home world, but they weren't nearly as many as there were here and most of them weren't even this size. Ever since he started living with Bad Girl, however, this truck had been a regular part of his life.

Kirby had seen a lot of the world, either on foot or from the air. But there was something really neat about seeing the world through the windows of this truck.

Leaning towards the pile of food beside him, Kirby reached for a bag of candy and pulled it to him. Crinkling it in his hands, he opened the package and started to pop the contents into his mouth. Even if there hadn't been any food, it still would've been a great trip. He and his mom made a new friend, after all!
